After weaning Ursula’s calf, she is giving more than a pint of rich cream per half gallon jar of milk! (About 18-20 fluid oz which is 2.25 to 2.5 cups.)

Photos at the top are pre-weaning cream line. Cows hold back the creamy hind milk for their calf when calf-sharing. They save the best for their baby. Now that her baby is weaned, she completely lets down all her milk.
