Check out the Fall 2026 Schedule of Classes
Current FS students have first dibs on claiming a spot in next year’s classes.
FALL CLASS LISTS are posted here
Sci-LA is full, waitlist is also posted.
RLFS is also full, waitlist started. I have divided the RLFS classes so they are with their friends. There are some kids who will stay for an hour between session 1 and 2 to work together on HW and then attend Poetry Analysis; we’ll call this HW club ;). Most teens and pre-teens want more social time. If this isn’t going to work let me know and your child can be on the waitlist for session 2.
Math lists for current students are posted — have space
Other classes: posted & have space
Use this 2026 Hold My Spot form to reserve your child’s spot for 2026-27 or let me know that your child isn’t returning next year. DUE DATE is March 1st. On March 1st I’ll open up classes to new students.
February 26, 2026

Next year I’m making more time in my schedule for my kiddos. That means I’m working less at Farm School. One way I can continue offering interesting classes is by reducing my paperwork burden. Shrinking the number of unique students I have does that without shrinking class offerings. That means I will be giving registration priority to students who are enrolling in multiple classes. This also has the benefit of building community as students spend more time with each other building friendships.
I have also found that students who take just one class here are usually the kids who tell their moms that they need more social interaction and want to return to brick and mortar school. Teens dearly want deep relationships with their friends and one way is to spend more time in class with them.
Fall classes 2026:
Science & Language Arts is only open to students also enrolled in a FS math class unless they have already taken all the FS math classes or are beyond Honors Pre-Algebra/Math 8. (This was the policy I implemented last year by April 1st although I grandfathered in the previous year’s students.) Additionally, current Sci-LA students must also be doing all their HW in order to re-enroll next year.
Real Life Farm Science - If I have more current RLFS students who want to take that class again next year than I have spaces, I’ll prioritize kids also enrolled in math classes and siblings. (Those two classes combined will have only 14-18 spaces, not the 25-30 spaces we have this year— the classes are being cut in half to allow each student to have more hands-on project time with me.)
Hybrid Math 7—check out what’s new with Math 7 next year.
New: Extra Math Support - Fall 3rd Tuesdays after Hybrid Math 7 or WW: HS Research Paper 4:30 to 5:30- maximum class size 8. Homework help/tutoring. Spring semester time slot TBD
Not new but just listed: Jump Start Math Camps
Hybrid Math 7 Jump Start: Tuesday & Thursday 1 to 4 pm, the week before FS starts/last week of August
Math 8+ Honors Pre-Algebra Jump Start: Tuesday & Thursday 9 to 12 pm, the week before FS starts/last week of August
Writers Workshop: High School Research Paper - 8 weeks in fall right after Science and Language Arts (on the not-Hybrid Math 7 Meet-up Tuesdays)
Poetry Analysis - new preparatory class that gets kids ready for Shakespeare with a focus on literary devices and close reading skills that are vital in high school.
Honors Pre-Algebra + Math 8 - same as this year— gets students ready to ace honors algebra as middle schoolers or in high school.
